There are several ways to order products from LevTech:

• Contact us to request an order form or order over the phone.
• Download the online (PDF) order form and fax it to us.
• Payment for the above options include:
  • by check accompanying an order form mailed or faxed to us, or order info emailed
  • by PayPal using the shopping cart buttons next to the items below [a PayPal account is not required]
  • by check after issuing a purchase order for corporations, government agencies, etc.

Delivery Options

Software is delivered via download by instructions emailed after the order is processed.

PDF manuals are delivered with products and can be viewed on screen or freely printed.

Pricing and Purchasing

All prices are shown are in U.S. dollars.

If Ohio-based, the appropriate local sales tax must be included. LevTech does not collect sales tax for other states or countries. If appropriate, customers in other states must pay the use tax themselves.

LevTech does not require Purchase Order numbers from organizations but they can be supplied for Accounts Payable processing if appropriate or necessary.

Payment terms are net 30 days.
